Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@scrapdecor.shop.

After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to the following reasons:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
• Issues related to payment authorization

Refunds

If an order is cancelled successfully, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
